Shipping inside European Union costs 10$ for the first item and 5$ for every next item if combined in one order.

International shipping

Katana offers worldwide international shipping. All international orders over $100 receive free shipping. Orders less than $100 are charged a flat $10 shipping charge. Typical transit time is between 5-10 days, but occasionally items can experience customs delays of several weeks. In transit tracking is not provided for your package, we can only confirm delivery.

Katana also offers expedited international shipping by UPS, for a flat fee of $20. Shipping time is typically 3-6 days, but orders can occasionally be delayed in customs.

Please note that international orders are often subject to duties and taxes in addition to the price Revolve charges, and are billed by your country's customs department upon arrival.

In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders will be combined and shipping fees will be adjusted, unless otherwise requested.

Despite our efforts in synchronizing the website merchandise with our stock, some items that appear on the website may be out of stock. In this case, we will automatically refund your payment and inform you about the unavailability shortly after the order is placed.

Returns & refunds

• Within 14 days of the despatch date to katanafashion.com and we will refund you in full via the original payment method used or if you return your purchase after this period but within 28 days, you may exchange the item for other merchandise.
  

• Within 14 days of the despatch date by post or courier and we will refund you in full via the original method used.
  

• Please note: With the exception of faulty goods, if you return your purchase after the 28 day period we reserve the right to not offer you a refund in full. We will instead return your original purchase to you and prior to sending it out, you will be charged the delivery fee that is applicable to the product purchased and the location to which your returns will be delivered.
